First launch on macOS

The app isn't notarized — I'm a solo filmmaker keeping it free, and Apple charges $99/yr for that badge. It runs entirely on your Mac: no uploads, no account, no telemetry. macOS just asks you to confirm once:

  1. Drag the app into Applications and double-click it.
  2. macOS says it can't be verified — click Done (not Move to Trash).
  3. Open System Settings → Privacy & Security, scroll down, and click Open Anyway.
  4. Confirm Open Anyway. It opens normally every time after that.

On macOS Sonoma or earlier: right-click the app → Open → Open. A "Read me first" is inside the download too.

What do I need to run it?
macOS 12 (Monterey) or later, Apple Silicon or Intel. FFmpeg is bundled — nothing else to install.
Do my files get uploaded?
Never. Everything runs locally — it works on a 15 GB master sitting on an external drive. No account, no cloud, no telemetry.
