The idea

Post deliveries bounce for the dumbest reasons — wrong codec, wrong resolution, a mislabeled file. A desktop app that reads the actual media file and checks it against a delivery spec before it ever leaves your machine.

What we did

A macOS app (downloadable .dmg, auto-updating via a version manifest) that reads real file metadata and validates it against delivery specs — QC frame previews, spec diffs, shareable delivery certificates, version history and an auto-updating spec library. Shipped with a full landing page in the portfolio: demo reel, feature shots, one-click download. Now at v1.1.0.

The idea

A film portfolio that feels like walking into a private screening room instead of scrolling a grid — your work presented cinematically, reel leading, résumé following.

What we did

One of the most iterated builds here: a screening-room UI, a career timeline, a searchable film finder (press /), per-film credits, a Digital Ads section, custom vertical-film thumbnails, a contact form and a proper 404. The only project under version control, and the only one on a real domain.

The idea

A radio you tune with your fingers. Drag a needle across the FM band, ride the static, lock onto a hand-picked song — same genre as saloon.wtf and hornokplease.xyz: one hyper-specific Indian soundscape wrapped in a well-crafted interactive object.

What we did

A real tuning engine — WebAudio static, a heterodyne whistle that rises as you near a station, a magnetic snap-home, a 100-track playlist. A committed token system (soot black, kerosene amber, enamel blue), a hand-painted signboard display face, a flat-2D chai-pour hero, cinemagraph looping motion and a night variant. Prototyped in chat, then moved into Claude Code because the drag physics and audio sync needed an iterative editor loop.

The idea

Turn a growing pile of scanned photographs into clean, consistently named digital files — without opening an editor and correcting every one by hand.

What we did

A Python watcher over an incoming/ folder: auto-corrects colour and contrast, renames each shot, files the copy into digitized/, archives the original, logs to a manifest. We tuned the enhancement carefully — landing on plain auto-levels after gray-world white balance and CLAHE over-cooked the images — and wrapped it as double-clickable .app launchers.

The idea

A from-scratch colour-science engine that recreates the character of classic film stocks — Portra, Gold, Tri-X, Ilford HP5, Fuji Pro 400H — without any proprietary film data, delivered as ready-to-use editing LUTs.

What we did

Built colorlab.py to generate 15 looks at four intensities (25/50/75/100%) — 60 .cube files — from analytic tone curves, colour transforms, saturation matrices, highlight rolloff, shadow compression and luminance masking, not hand-tweaked presets. The whole pack regenerates from source with one command. Later converted to XMP presets graded for fidelity, verified across Resolve, Premiere, Photoshop, Final Cut, Luminar and Capture One.

The idea

A drag-and-drop tool that translates keyboard-shortcut maps between Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve — a real, currently-unsolved problem for editors who move between the two.

What we did

Reverse-engineered Premiere's .kys format — two different virtualkey encodings (Mac Carbon keycodes and an extended ASCII-offset scheme) — and cross-referenced Resolve's keymap. It runs entirely in the browser: drop a .kys, get a colour-coded ledger of 24 high-confidence pairs plus 49 flagged-unconfirmed ones, then export a Resolve keymap and a JSON report. Nothing guessed is hidden.

The idea

Drop in your Letterboxd export and get twenty films you'll love — presented like a private screening, not a stats dashboard. A ground-up cinematic rebuild of an older tool, everything running in the browser so the CSV never leaves your machine.

What we did

A chaptered scroll that reads your taste as an editorial note, then scores twenty films against everything you've watched. Each opens a collector's-edition page lit by the poster's own extracted palette, with credits and live streaming availability. We went into a 3D room — swapped in a library.glb museum model, turned books into DVDs, dressed the props — and spec'd custom window videos. Capped with a "Decision Mode" that narrows twenty films to three.

The idea

A museum-grade interactive art piece: raise both hands to a camera and pull elastic strings of energy between your fingertips. TRON meets Doctor Strange — in a browser, meant for a projector wall.

What we did

Hand tracking via MediaPipe feeding custom GLSL energy ribbons, Verlet spring physics so every cable sags and recovers, a bloom-and-grain post pipeline, six switchable modes. Plenty of debugging too — audio feedback in guitar mode, rain-mode tracking, and testing whether it holds up through a real projector.

The idea

Turn Delhi's live air-quality index into something felt — a small, dark, evocative site where the number becomes atmosphere, not a dashboard readout.

What we did

Pulls the live AQI and renders it as mood — haze, particulate, colour and motion shifting with the reading — with a restrained side panel for the hard numbers. Pared back over several rounds to kill duplicated readouts and let the felt layer lead.

The idea

A full-stack archive that would continuously monitor news feeds and public sources for posts about the 20 July 2026 Delhi student protests — storing each item's URL, title, source and date so nothing quietly disappeared.

What we did

Scaffolded the Next.js + Supabase + Postgres backend, stood up the Supabase project, ran the migration, logged in. The next ask — pulling media straight from Instagram and X — is where it stopped.
